Description
FULL MENU:
Starters-
- Tomato, roasted red pepper and aubergine soup with basil oil (V, VG,GF)
- Chicken liver and Cognac pate, with spicy tomato chutney, toasted brioche (GFO)
- Prawn and crab cocktail with avocado pear, baby gem lettuce, pink grapefruit and thousand island dressing (GF)
Main Course-
- Herb crusted roast breast of turkey with sage, apricot & hazelnut stuffing, pigs in blankets and roast gravy (GFO) (NUTS)
- Slow braised prime rump steak Diane served with a cream and brandy sauce with button onions and mushrooms (GF)
- Rolled and stuffed fillet of sole with a salmon and spinach sauce bonne femme (GF)
- Short cut leek and asparagus tart, served with a white wine and cream sauce, topped with a parsley crumb (V, VG)
All served with potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables
Desserts-
- Traditional Christmas fruit pudding, served with brandy sauce and Cornish clotted cream (V, GFO)
- Belgian chocolate cheesecake served with orange crème fraiche & white chocolate sauce (V)
- Baked apple frangipane tart with sticky toffee sauce & cinnamon Chantilly cream (V)
