We had an excellent turn out for breakfast this month with nearly a full house!
One minute presentations were light hearted and we had a few laughs and recommendations amongst us and for once the guests almost outweighed the members!
Nick Carter of Butterfly lets soon to be rebranded as EdwardCarter lettings  gave a great talk on how he started on a YTS scheme then joined the Royal Navy.  Since leaving the Navy he has followed his passion for property lettings and in recent months he has undertaken business coaching and decided to rebrand the business and as well as lettings.  He now runs “Wreck to Rental” where his team renovate the property quickly for landlords and he is also helping property investors find properties to buy in the Plymouth area.
