Thank you for booking a stall at Light Up Plympton next week.  Here’s what you need to know!

Date: Monday 28th November

Timings for the day:

Arrival from 11am to 12.30pm (all vehicles removed from event site by 1pm)

Vehicle Curfew on whole event site is at 1pm – 9pm

Event start at 2pm

Live Entertainment on stage from 2pm

Light switch on at 6.30pm

Event close at 8pm

Traders off site by 10pm

Iceland Carpark reopens at 10pm

Here’s the layout of stalls for the day, roughly we have Charity stalls on the Ridgeway, and all others are in the Iceland Carpark.  The site maps are below:












There are a few things we need from you ahead of the event:

Public Liability Insurance Certificate – Thank you we have this from you

Risk Assessment – applies to all

Gas Safety Certificate – applies to stalls with LPG

Electrical Safety Certificate – applies to stalls using electrical equipment

Please note there is no electricity provided for your stall.  It’s a night time event, so please ensure you have adequate lighting for your needs.  We have two tower lights for the Iceland Car Park, following feed back from last year, but you may still want additional lighting for your stall.

You are on a hard standing, so please ensure your gazebo is adequately weighed down and is covered by your risk assessment.

Adverse weather:  the forecast looks promising for the event, however if we have to cancel the event due to adverse weather, we will let you know by email as soon as we can.  Your booking will carry over to our next event as per the booking terms.

Health and Safety is paramount to us, we will be inspecting stalls, and the event site throughout the event.  Please comply with any requests that ensure the safety of yourselves and the general public.
