Our latest digital breakfast meeting was held 13th October presented by Matthew Bryant – Kitsons. Matt gave a presentation on the sale and purchase process for residential, freehold and leasehold property transactions. He gave an insight into some of the most common issues that conveyancers have to overcome ranging from, breach of restrictive covenants and lack of planning permission, through to problems created by rent charges affecting properties.
