Light Up Plympton 2021 was bigger and better this year, thank you to all that made it happen, whether you visited, had a business on the Ridgeway, were a stall holder for the night, or were part of Plym Chamber.

Plym Chamber CIC is a group of volunteers who give considerable amount of time to fundraise, organise and deliver Plympton’s Christmas Lights.  It relies on donations, sponsorship and goodwill of all to provide this community event, and of course ensure Plympton’s Ridgeway has plenty of festive cheer.

We would like to know what you thought of the event this year.  There have been many changes, mainly due to covid, but also down to the numbers of people supporting the event.  We moved some of the fair into Iceland Car Park to increase the area, providing a less cramp and more comfortable experience for visitors, and allowing more space on the Ridgeway for the shops to promote their wares and entice people into their shops during this late night shopping event.
